  is managed by L'INTIMO  , in the capacity of Data Controller, and the security and privacy measures applicable to this website have been defined and developed to ensure that the personal data, provided directly by the user on the website pages at the time of registration and subsequently for the 'use of the services provided by L'INTIMO, are treated in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 regarding the protection of personal data ("Privacy Code") and following the entry into force of the EU Regulation no. . 679/2016 ("GDPR") in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of the aforementioned European Regulation.

The data will be processed by L'INTIMO  in compliance with the necessary security and confidentiality, through the following methods: collection of data from the interested party, collected and recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and used in further processing operations in terms compatible with these purposes, treatment carried out with the use of electronic and automated tools (data collection electronically, directly from the interested party).


A) Information provided by the user during the registration procedure or at the time of completing the order such as name and surname, Tax Code, VAT number, Company name, e-mail address, login and password, country (Country), postal address , telephone numbers for deliveries and any other information present in correspondence or requests sent by the user to L'INTIMO.

B) Navigation information. When the user browses the Site, L'INTIMO  uses some technologies, logs and cookies (read below for more information) that automatically collect certain information, such as the IP address used by the user to browse the Site, the pages viewed, technical information that may include the URL of origin of the user, information on the browser, the language. This information allows L'INTIMO  to constantly improve the browsing experience and the purchasing mechanism of its products and services, and to monitor the correct functioning of the Site. This information includes only statistical data on the activities performed by the user, and is not intended to be associated with personal identification data of the user (anonymization).

The processing of user information is carried out only if necessary, and carried out through the operations indicated in art. 4 of the Italian Privacy Code and art. 4 of the RGPD, and precisely the data are collected electronically and processed through registration, consultation, communication, storage, cancellation, carried out mainly with the aid of electronic tools, ensuring the use of suitable measures for the security of data processed and guaranteeing the confidentiality of the same.

Any personal information provided will be processed by L'INTIMO PER TUTTI as Data Controller. Personal information will be processed by the personnel responsible for processing the personal information collected:
