The conditions

with any  other item, size  or color or, if you prefer, the amount paid for the returned items.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
After receiving your purchase, you have up to 14 calendar days to make the change or return.
Remember you  to keep the original packaging and labels if  you want to make changes or returns. The product must be returned with the original labels and packaging.
Returned items must not have been used or washed.

  For  hygienic reasons we do not accept returns for panties, flip flops, briefs and underwear.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You must use the same packaging that you received with the purchase.

Send us an e-mail to infolintimo@gmail.com indicating  the order number e  by phone and if you want to make a change or a return.  We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the next step.

The return costs are totally free.
